Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos brands, seeking a Retail Sales Associate for The Westchester store. The role focuses on delivering a superb in-store experience, stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise and supporting launches according to SOPs.

You will assist customers, process transactions, and promote credit and loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, inviting environment. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience preferred; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers) and able to operate store systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non‑business hours; physical requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Deliver a great customer experience and drive engagement with credit and loyalty programs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with team and follow policies to ensure store safety and SOPs.
