Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support in-store logistics and merchandising. You will handle inventory control, shipping and receiving, and cycle counting to ensure products are properly displayed and ready for customers.

This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes customer-focused service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to store protocols while maintaining store

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
