Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to help keep our stores running smoothly by handling shipping/receiving, inventory, and merchandising to planograms. You will support daily operations to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks and procedures.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling responsibilities.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
