Job summary

The Honest Company is seeking a Retail Operations Planner to manage account servicing for big box and boutique accounts and to help scale our fast-growing retail business by delivering the best customer service for our retail customers.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Fulfillment to ensure orders meet customer requirements, maintain catalogs, resolve issues promptly, and analyze order management performance while strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in supply chain management, warehouse or logistics
• Retail execution/planning, customer service and logistics experience
• Experience with major CPG accounts (Target, Amazon, Walmart, Kroger) and vendor compliance
• Knowledge of lead times, DC operations and outbound performance
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Manage retail order processing and fulfillment to standards
• Maintain customer catalogs and manage exceptions
• Resolve product or service issues and follow up for resolution
• Provide order management analysis
• Track and improve customer service metrics and compliance
• Coordinate returns and liaise with fulfillment
• Ensure documents (BOLs, packing slips) are accurate
• Communicate order status and shipping timelines with customers
