Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Regional Director, Partner Account Manager to lead a team of Partner Account Managers across New Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia. The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, forecasting, and driving regional revenue growth.

Travel is required for field rides and events across the territory. You will partner with CPA's, payroll providers, HR consultants, and brokers, while leveraging Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience selling 401k with proven success.
• 3-5 years of experience leading frontline sales professionals across multiple functions in retirement services/HCM/payroll.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota.
• Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and brokers.
• Tech savvy with Salesforce CRM to manage sales process and forecasting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to hit revenue goals.
• Recruit and retain talent by hiring for required skills and coaching processes.
• Manage end-to-end sales process and forecast sales.
• Drive a culture of accountability while maintaining team morale.
• Travel within region and nationally for field rides and events.
