REI Co-op in Durango, CO is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep merchandise stocked, priced, and available on the sales floor. You will help with back stock organization and facility maintenance, while upholding REI's values and mission.

The role involves unloading shipments, pricing and shelving goods, supporting pickup and processing products, and maintaining warehouse areas. A flexible schedule and strong customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload and distribute merchandise from replenishment shipments.
• Price, organize, hang, or distribute merchandise per REI stocking policies.
• Assist with sale preparation and recovery; process damaged or returned items.
• Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products.
• Provide maintenance services to all areas of the store.
• Organize and maintain store warehouse, supplies, and fixtures.
• Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and services.
• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
