REI Co-op is seeking a Store Sales Specialist to share knowledge, help customers, and engage daily to deliver the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. You will facilitate transactions, promote memberships, and keep merchandise organized on the floor.

Strong product knowledge and a friendly, proactive approach are essential. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining visual standards, participating in Sales & Service Training, and supporting store pick-up while adhering to safety

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions about products and memberships.
• Maintain visual standards with store management and merchandising teams.
• Engage in REI Sales & Service Training and promote REI goods and services.
• Support store pick-up, including receiving and processing products.
• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work schedule based on business needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
