Job summary

The TJX Companies, Westminster, CO is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a great customer experience, and maintain cleanliness. You’ll work as part of our team, train associates, and help with stock flows from backroom to floor.

Responsibilities include tagging, stocking, maintaining signage, and supporting store shrink goals while adhering to labor laws and safety standards. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others and support Associates across tasks.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently.
• Creates a positive customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, coding, backstock organization, and signage standards.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and adheres to labor laws and safety policies.
