Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will work with a team to process merchandise efficiently, tag and stock items, and maintain a clean backroom.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask, with flexibility to work nights and weekends. Training and development are provided within a collaborative TJX store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintain backroom organization and replenishment flow
• Maintain signage and merchandising standards
• Promote and support safety, labor policies, and store initiatives
• Provide progress updates and communicate priorities to management
