Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensures Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
• Manages customer experience and maintains a clean store
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
• Coordinates with Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed
• Organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment
• Keeps merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Ensures safety, labor law compliance, and store policies
