• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing of goods
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a clean, organized store
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and stock replenishment
