Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, coding, and replenishment.
