Job summary

TJX is seeking a store associate to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a team to ensure products are correctly processed, tagged, and replenished on the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Engaging with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; monitor productivity.
• Organize back stock, maintain signage and recovery standards, and ensure compliance with safety and labor policies.
