Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Operations of Grocery, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty Care, Frozen, and Dairy departments.
• Develop, coach, and evaluate department team members; drive performance improvements.
• Manage labor relations and address employee issues in a timely manner.
• Cultivate best-in-class customer service across all departments.
• Coach for operational efficiency and cost control; monitor inventory and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
