Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Non-Foods Department.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals in safety, presentation and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Ensure proper stocking, pricing and inventory control.
• Provide friendly customer service and support onboarding of new staff.
