Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in energy or related industries preferred.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Retail Operations teams across functional areas.

• Collaborate with IT to define requirements, test plans, and process improvements.
• Identify and implement automated, innovative workflows to improve efficiency.
• Navigate tariffs, regulatory rules, and market rules in issue resolution.
• Ensure SOX compliance through audits, assessments and control testing.
