Qualifications

• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high performing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills across internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain team performance with clear goals, metrics and development plans.
• Lead and coach a high performing team responsible for strategic reporting and coordination activities.
• Partner with cross functional teams and IT to support projects and implement improvements.
• Challenge the status quo to automate and improve processes using new tech and workflows.
• Resolve complex operational issues using independent judgment and interpret tariffs, regulations, and market rules.
• Ensure adherence to SOX compliance through audits and control testing.
• Travel as necessary to meet business needs.
• Attend trainings, all-hands meetings and other engagements in person.
