You will interact with cross‑functional teams and IT to support projects, define requirements, and drive process improvements. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory understanding, and the ability to maintain performance standards while managing complex tariffs and market rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience (12 years in lieu of degree)
• Energy industry experience
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high performing teams
• Proven written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to internal and external audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence key business decisions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with ability to solve new and complex problems quickly
• Working knowledge of LDC / ISO market transactions (EDI)
• Experience using CRM and/or order-to-cash workflow systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain team performance with clear goals, metrics, and development plans.
• Lead and develop a high performing team for strategic reporting, analysis, and coordination.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and IT to define requirements and implement improvements.
• Drive process automation and innovative solutions.
• Resolve complex operational issues with independent judgment and regulatory understanding.
• Ensure SOX compliance through audits and control testing.
• Travel as needed to meet business needs.
• Attend training and key engagements in person.
