Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or 12+ years if no degree.
• Energy industry experience required.
• Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence key business decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with LDC / ISO market transactions (EDI).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for strategic reporting and coordination.
• Coordinate activities of the teams in the assigned business function areas.
• Partner with cross functional teams and IT to support projects and improve systems.
• Drive process improvements through automation and new technologies.
• Resolve complex operational issues with independent judgment and interpretation of tariffs and market rules.
• Ensure SOX compliance through audits, assessments and control testing.
• Travel as necessary to meet business needs.
• Attend trainings and all-hands meetings in person.
