Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Manager, Retail Operations to lead and coordinate the activities of teams in the assigned business function areas.

You will map workflows, monitor processes, and guide the team through complex issue resolution while aligning with current regulatory requirements and tariffs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and IT to define requirements, test plans, and implement system improvements, while promoting innovation and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of experience; in lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in energy industry.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain strong, high performing teams.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence key business decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of LDC / ISO market transactions (EDI).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain team performance through clear goals, metrics, quality standards, development plans, and regular performance reviews.
• Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for strategic reporting, analysis, and coordination activities.
• Partner with cross functional teams and IT to support projects, define requirements, develop test plans, and implement system and process improvements.
• Proactively challenge the status quo to automate and improve processes through innovation with sustainable solutions.
• Resolve complex operational issues using independent judgment, including interpreting tariffs, regulatory requirements, and market rules as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SOX through regular audits, assessments and control testing.
• Travel required as necessary to meet business needs.
• In-person attendance for training, all-hands meetings, and other meaningful engagements.
