Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Manager, Retail Operations to lead the teams in assigned business function areas, mapping workflows, and ensuring regulatory and industry standards are met. You will guide complex issue resolution and drive improvements while coordinating with IT and other teams.

You will oversee performance management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate reporting and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Experience in the energy industry
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to internal and external audiences
• Proven ability to influence key business decisions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems quickly
• Working knowledge of LDC / ISO market transactions (EDI)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain team performance with clear goals, metrics, and development plans
• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for strategic reporting, analysis, and coordination
• Partner with cross-functional teams and IT to define requirements, develop test plans, and implement system/process improvements
• Drive automation and process improvements through innovative technologies and new workflows
• Resolve complex operational issues using independent judgment and applying tariff/regulatory know-how
• Ensure SOX compliance through audits, assessments, and control testing
• Travel as needed to meet business requirements
• Attend training, all-hands meetings, and key engagements in person
