Job summary

Trulieve is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking, and achieving key performance metrics. You will help ensure efficient daily operations and regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, prior management exposure, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; confidentiality required.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work with customers and team members; operate basic tech.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
