Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and consistent service excellence in a fast-paced retail dispensary environment.

You will partner with leadership to meet performance metrics, coach a large team, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and staff; operate basic office equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and enforce SOPs across the team.
• Coach and develop staff to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and manage store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist GM in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
