Sodexo is seeking a retail operations leader in the East Stroudsburg area to drive daily store performance and customer experience. You will oversee teams, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet service and quality targets.

You will guide frontline staff, manage cash and POS accuracy, and collaborate with vendors to ensure product flow and compliance. A strong merchandising mindset and commitment to safety are essential.

Competenze

• Education: High school/GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Strong customer-first service mindset.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities and drive customer satisfaction.
