This role partners with store leadership to uphold Sephora brand standards, support busy periods, and foster an inclusive, accountable culture that motivates every team member to Belong to Something Beautiful.

Qualificações

• 2+ years leadership in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to hit goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and organization.
• Effective time management in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivate teams and foster a culture of accountability.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising and events.
• Support client experiences and help achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members on processes and performance.
