Job summary

Sephora in Calabasas is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead the operations team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach teammates to execute at a high standard.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support peak store operations. You’ll Belong to Something Beautiful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain standards
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to drive sales
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and hit store goals
