Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control
• Schedule optimization using forecasts and budgets to maximize productivity
• Review and act on financial and operational reporting
• Lead guest engagement and demonstrations to drive sales and service experience
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and SOPs
• Provide training and development coaching to associates
• Communicate trends and opportunities to field leadership
