Responsibilities

• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports and respond to findings.
• Lead make-up applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Model operational excellence and coach associates to achieve goals.
