Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: experience attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Plan schedules using store forecasts and payroll budgets to balance staffing and workload.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and drive a customer-focused service culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
