Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: 1–2+ years in fast-paced retail management or related roles.
• Finance: experience driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule optimization using forecasting and payroll budgets.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Lead training and development to improve sales performance and guest service.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and store standards.
• Provide feedback to field leadership on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
