Job summary

Sephora Studio City is seeking an Operations Leader to run daily store operations, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach the team toward delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll shape processes, lead by example, and support a high-performing culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members, reinforce selling behaviors and accountability.
• Promote an inclusive culture and ensure Sephora standards and safety policies.
