Job summary

Sephora is hiring for an Operations Leader at our Marina Del Rey store. You will drive store operations, oversee the inventory and merchandising flow, and coach team members to elevate performance. A passion for retail operations and people development will help you succeed in this role.

You’ll lead a team to meet store goals, maintain brand presentation, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Expect a dynamic schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet standards.
