• Two or more years in specialty retail with focus on store operations and/or visual merchandising
• Customer-centric with strong service mindset and ability to drive sales
• Educator/coach who can mentor team members
• Organized, strategic, and able to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays
• Technological aptitude to navigate POS/iPad/handheld systems
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsabilidades

• Create a culture of hospitality and build lasting relationships with customers and teammates
• Provide exceptional customer service to promote products and build brand loyalty
• Achieve sales/service metrics through clientelling, outreach, and events
• Partner with Manager to lead all operational areas
• Plan and lead floor sets, displays, recalls, markdowns, and interior marketing
• Train and reinforce brand standards and company policies
• Balance operations with selling energy and prioritize tasks to meet business needs
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape to maximize sales
