Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or equivalent experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operations, sales, and expense control.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload to maximize productivity.
• Lead training, development, and coaching of associates and leaders.
