Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store team, ensuring top-line sales growth, inventory health, and exceptional guest service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to operational standards while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a team of Task Associates and a Merchandise Manager, aligning realignments, planograms, and post-sale processes with company goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of retail management or similar leadership experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports and payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operating excellence and cost control.
• Schedule-aware payroll management to maximize productivity within budget.
• Review financial and operational reporting to guide decisions.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory life-cycle processes and store standards.
