Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager in delivering top-line sales growth and inventory accuracy in a busy store. You will drive performance, coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and labor, and ensure compliance with company standards across operations, guest service, and merchandising.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a passion for operational excellence, with 2–3+ years

Qualifications

2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
Financial management: drive top-line sales and control expenses.
Experience with inventory, merchandising directives and payroll planning.
Proven leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to drive store performance.
Ensure store operations comply with policies, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes.
Drive profitability through top-line sales, customer service, and expense control.
Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to staff.
