You will manage a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, oversee realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle tasks while driving both sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive leader with pride in operational excellence, and the ability to navigate complexity, coach talent, and drive accountability across all store functions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership skills required.
• Strong financial management, payroll budgeting, cost control.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support with scheduling needs and communicate to the GM.
• Review, analyze and react to financial and operational reporting, including audits and performance results.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
