You will oversee Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage store operations, realignments, planograms, and inventory lifecycle processes, while enforcing our standards and policies. The role emphasizes operational excellence, talent development, and execution of store strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory levels, merchandising directives, and service culture.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate top talent and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and cost control.
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to store visit and audit results promptly.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
