Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth in the store. You will manage the Operations team, support planograms, and oversee inventory life-cycle processes to ensure operational excellence and excellent guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the ability to navigate complexity while delivering results and developing talent across the store team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to drive top-line sales and operational excellence.
• Oversee store operations including realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes (cycle counts, RTVs, DIFs).
• Drive profitability through staffing, scheduling, and cost control while maintaining compliance and guest satisfaction.
