Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth for the store in a dynamic retail environment. You will oversee a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, ensuring operational excellence, inventory control, and customer-focused service.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and development, with accountability for attendance, scheduling, and adherence to policies while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to attract, develop and lead a diverse team.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations to drive sales and inventory accuracy.
• Manage realignments, planograms and lifecycle processes (cycle counts, RTV, DIF).
• Coach and develop team members and ensure engagement.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and standards.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales and cost controls.
