Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive top-line sales through operational excellence, inventory control, and guest service.

You will oversee a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, align planograms, manage scheduling and training, and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty standards while delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and retail management experience.
• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management with P&L awareness.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to drive sales and operations.
• Manage scheduling, realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
