Job summary

Burlington in Houston, TX is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and customer service teams. You will coach Cashiers and Supervisors, oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, and ensure exceptional customer service and professional standards.

You bring 3+ years of retail management experience, the ability to work flexible hours, and proficiency with scheduling and reporting software. Travel may be required; you must model our Core Values and drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price/Big Box retail.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service expectations.
• Oversee receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and SOP adherence.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model company values.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
