• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Attention to maintaining an attractive store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and training.
• Direct associates as Leader on duty; delegate daily tasks.
• Address associate complaints and recognize engagement.
• Execute merchandise strategies; manage inventory and audits.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash according to policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to Policies and Code of Ethics.
• Support online order pickup and ship-from-store processes.
• Protect pet health and safety; report sick/injured pets as needed.
