Sephora for AZ-Westgate Glendale is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory, and coach the team to ensure a premier client experience. You’ll lead the operations function, manage merchandising, and partner with colleagues to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
