This full-time, hourly non-exempt role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store upkeep to support Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to grow within Sephora and understand operational processes and performance metrics.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork to create an empowering culture.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
