Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while ensuring standards are met
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions and store maintenance
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals
• Coach and develop team members, guiding them in operational processes and selling behaviors
