Sephora Montebello seeks an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and support an exceptional client experience. You will manage inventory, replenishment, and order fulfillment while leading the operations team and coaching colleagues to perform at their best.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
