Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Leader at the South Hills Village store in Pittsburgh. You will direct the operations team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach peers to deliver a best-in-class client experience.

You’ll ensure adherence to standards and support a high-performing, inclusive work culture. The role requires leadership experience in retail operations, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and ensure operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora brand.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and meet store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to grow in Sephora's operations and selling behaviors.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork while following company policies.
