Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Central Florida Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage customer service, inventory, merchandising, and sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience and productive work environment for staff. You will report to the Store Manager, drive staff performance through coaching and development, enforce safety protocols, and participate in regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with staff, customers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including customer service, inventory, merchandising and sales.
• Supervise staff performance, provide coaching and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a diverse team.
• Ensure safety protocols and security measures are followed across the store.
• Monitor store performance and drive initiatives to improve operations and customer experience.
• Attend meetings with Store Manager and assist in implementing corrective action plans.
