• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget.
• Monitor and manage budget, P&L, expenses, and payroll activities; support planning processes.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient store operations and coverage.
• Support omnichannel guest programs and deliver a seamless guest experience.
